Currently, properties seem to lack meaningful purpose beyond their aesthetic appeal. I propose a small yet impactful change that could potentially enhance the significance of owning a property.
Current Issue:
Houses and other properties are primarily used for storage of cash, serving as little more than showcases for our wealth. Additionally, properties lack interactive features that would make them more engaging for players.
Proposed Solution:
My suggestion involves adding a new functionality to owned properties: you can lose wanted level in owned houses. The concept is simple yet could offer a fresh dynamic to our gameplay.
How It Would Work:
When you own a property, you'd have the option to enter it to escape from law enforcement. Doing so would trigger a mechanism where your wanted level gradually decreases over time. This would provide a strategic opportunity for players who find themselves in a sticky situation to escape the heat, adding a layer of immersion and strategy to property ownership.

Agree with this one, But I think the property you lose stars in should need to be outside the ‘active city’.
It would be cool to go into your house, run up to a room and /disguise (/dis) that would decrease your blip distance (make it so cops need to be closer to see you on the map once you are back outside.

Actually houses have only a use: Sell It to earn Money.
