Version 1.9.3
This is just a small update to fix a couple of issues, but there is a lot going on in the background at the moment, so updates won't have many new features for some time.

- Cops can now enter the bank when it is closed if there are suspects inside.
- Cops can no longer sell mods from pursuit vehicles at a gas station.
- Server HUD now hidden when screen fades to black.
- Time trial is now in a separate world from public players, to avoid intrruptions and help prevent cheating.

- Fixed gas station refuel checkpoint not appearing in some cases (exiting vehicle immediately after stopping it would seem).
- Tow truck towing is no longer given as an objective to Mechanics, as they shouldn't be able to tow them. This was supposedly fixed in the last update but in fact wasn't.
