Title: Add a small interior for porta potty

There is at least one porta potty in San Andreas as far as I know. I suggest that you would be able to enter it (or them), create a very very small interior for it. It would be useful to evade cops.

Ehm... You can easily be /loc'd but I wouldn't mind an interior like this, I don't believe it will help anyone in evading cops, unless the cops are blind. But I'm not against it since it sounds cool
