Own stores /bars /clubs

Please staff team think about this idea. It would be nice to make so we can buy/sell stores/bars and more. Own our own business. I think everyone gonna like it and that it is a great idea, makes the game even more funny then. So ppl can rob other ppl's stores for example but also good for money making. As many other servers have, even If it is a Cops & Robbers it fits in here, just bc of that, that it is a robber server. Have a nice day all players and you in staff team. 🙂

Yes, it's a good idea.
It may be out of the standard.
But it should not be limited to only legal shops.
drug labs,
smuggling warehouses,
Stolen car garage, etc.
Lots of things come to mind.
It would be a nice variety.

Sounds interesting, I would consider following features for owning a business:
-gives you passive income (like bank interest system)
-gives you active income depending on how much people buy stuff from your shop (market - lottery tickets, coffee, etc. club - drinks, and so on)
-takes away your money for each cashier and safe robbery (like item replacement inside the house) either in 1:2 ratio or whatever
Of course there should be ability to sell, transfer the business to somebody else, perhaps an upgrade system (like house one) where cashier and safe robbery takes 1.1% longer or something

While I like this, it is a little RP-y, which could pull away from the way CNR has historically always been played. Good idea but only as long as it is not too Roleplay’y.
