Ah great update man! That heli blade nerf and neon lights are  one of the best things in the update I guess

Revision 2
- Added a /setting to toggle whether neon lights automatically turn on and off at day/night.
- Fixed game time not resynced to server time after ending a mission where the time is changed (e.g. Kickstart Stadium or CSI job event).
- Fixed selling neons not updating in database, allowing to be sold again and again.
