Differentiate between display options: Auto name and speedometer.

Hello,

the speed is displayed together with the vehicle name, which means that if I do not want the vehicle name to be displayed, the speedometer is also no longer displayed. it would be good if one could ifferentiate between display options Auto name and speedometer.

Further, it seems that the speed unit cannot be changed in the active session. If I switch from KM/H to MP/H it will not take effect.

@tekk KMH/MPH can now be set with /unit. As for the other part of the suggestion, it was kind of 'bolted on' to the existing vehicle name display, but yeah it would be good if you could have just speed and/or health I will look into this but not any time soon as there's too many other things to focus on.
