Details		I was at the bank in San Fierro and when I exited I was waiting for a friend. There were most wanted players nearby chilling. Anyway, this guy comes out of nowhere and starts fighting them and after awhile he went next to me and started lobbing grenades everywhere. You can see in the first frames of my video he ran away from the grenade. I lost all of my armor and as you can see almost all of my health due to him recklessly bombing everything.

You can clearly see that he was fighting with the MW suspect (your mistake you were near them), and as far as I know, cops can't do any damage to civilians so all of your damage came from the suspect.
