You're unable to recall a job vehicle after spawning it.
The menu says "Unknown", and when you click it you're unable to recall it.

Steps:
- call a job vehicle (e.g. a cop car as a cop)
- try to recall it using the menu

Tested, it says the vehicle is no longer active, logging it now..
