Details		When I approached the infernus, I saw that there were two criminals who made me flee away from them because it was pointless to chase them. While I was driving away from them, they were chasing me with the intention to murder me. I shot them after I got out from my bullet, because I didn't know what to do. These players should be warned for such action because I don't think that they are aware of this rule "If a cop chases you for a while and runs/drives away afterwards, do not chase them with the motive to murder them unless they have opened fire against you".

After examining your video quite meticulously I can tell that they probably had been there for quite some time, tried to run when they saw your blue vivid colour in the map blip. After you got closer they only saw one cop and they could just flee away when you ran away from them, but that was not the case.
