Add place to repair boats

I'm not boat user, but the few times used boat, not found anything site for repair boat…this is my suggestion.

-Add boat missions, for example delivery drugs or something cargo from LS to SF.

Superb idea, kind of surprised how did anyone missed on this possible improvement for boat skippers. I'm fully supporting this, would like to see a type of harbour in Bayside ready for us to use!
