Details		Well... He just ticketed me and ran from the place. It's already told in /coprules that don't ticket and run from there and come after they get 2-star suspect. See the chats then you will know who ticketed me.

I was typing something and it's already told not to run from ticketable suspects right after ticketing them. You ticketed me and run instantly. You will need to wait first.

I was chased by a new cop for a 150$ ticket from LV to LS and from there to SF. Then, after all of those, I killed him.

As for this case, no action will be taken except a warning to OMeN because we don't know if you were intended to pay or just faking.
