Detailsi was chasing him from like 5 mins when i get close to him and rammed his vehicle you can see in evidence he forced crashed to avoid death

In my opinion, that crash is completely forced. It's just such a coincidence that you got basically on top of him and he just so happened to crash.

I realise I can't know for certain, unless they have proof it wasn't for forced but  I believe it was and they should be punished. Also "lmao" in discord server-echo straight after crashing to me adds to the fact it was intentional.
