FPS Limit issue

Hello there,

I haven't played SAMP for a while so I wasn't expecting fps limit will be in the rules on this server. The problem is I cannot change my fps limit even with /fpslimit command or going to display options to turn on fps limiter. I think that's because I'm using SA-MP Addon. Is there any way around to change fps limit? I tried Nvidia Profile Inspector but for some reason I get error message
NVAPI_Setting_Not_Found. I can't be bothered to uninstall and install SA-MP Addon everytime. If anyone knows how to fix that, please let me know. At the end I will end up making 2 GTA Folders if there is no way to fix it.

I locked my fps in nvidia control panel. You might also try limiting fps with bandicam.

Do you have SA-MP Addon installed because I tried and it didn't work for me tho

EDIT: I fixed it. I enabled V-Sync on and FPS Limit. I will try to disable V-Sync now and see if it cap my FPS to 90. That's weird when I tried to limit my fps with nvidia control panel for the first time it did not work but now it does (I didn't forget to apply settings).

I don't have any SA-MP addon, nvidia fps limit works as expected.
