It is really confusing, that why don't we have a spawn point at rodeo, if we can spawn right outside the bank in LV (South strip).
The closest spawn point to rodeo is Santa Maria Beach, but still, it takes time to head there, having a spawn point at Rodeo will be the best thing to do, because that part of the city is mainly focused by players as there is the bank.
