Make vehicle spawn-points closer again

Plz bring it back. Sometimes vehicles are not spawned properly and most of the times they are at very far places like I was under the bridge near SFPD and my car spawned on top of the bridge :-\ . It was better in Version 1.9.12

If you are under a bridge and the car spawns on the bridge, then simply go away from the bridge and spawn it again, the vehicle should spawn nearby you.

Question :Time taken to spawn a personal vehicle and time taken to travel  1Km with an Infernus when initially at full speed

Criminals / Cops will kill you till you spawn a car xD

I don't know if this is a good idea or not but if possible can we make this thing more realistic ? I mean as soon as you call your car a "phone call animation" will be played. And your car will be dropped to the nearest road (just like /ammo) and only you will be able to see the location of it (even before it reaching ground). This won't work if you are away from roads. In that case only /ammo vehicles can be used.
Plz rate this idea too because I think this will make it more realistic.

This is how it was always meant to be. When it was spawning literally in front of your face that was a bug, a test left over from debugging.

Personal vehicles are not meant to spawn at your feet. You see it pop in out of thin air.

As for it spawning up on the bridge, that is a bug and is fixed next update.
