sawn off 2shoots are very interesting and very good skill in each and server in samp . I dont know why u guys dont allow this legendary skill . Im requesting , please allow this 2 shoot sawn off again

It's a bug abuse, please comply with the rules and don't try to suggest an implementation of something which is seriously exploitable and has huge advantages against other players.
Bear in mind that suggesting anything which encourages to rule-breaking is most likely not going to be accepted.

Previous suggestion to disallow 2 shot was going on from november.
Took 2 months for it to be disallowed and now you want to allow it?

I didn't realise pressing Q and then E was such a 'legendary' skill..
