Country rifle skill increase to get the screen shaking removed like the sniper

And reduce its damage to half/75% than the sniper. Also, it makes the country rifle useless always screen shake. Your opinion guys, please, no +1 -1 post. Give a reason too.

- Screen shake made it nonsense till we reach 100% skill

You may reset your account then you'll know why I suggested this one. We had no reload animation and 1 shot kill like sniper. But, now we have a reload animation, 1 shot kill rip... For this.

The reason why 1 shot kills were removed was because people were abusing country rifle as people with good aim could easily 1 shot quickscope people. As for the animation, it was added to be a little more realistic.
