Small missing information in high packets loss warning

Here's what it says when my packets loss is high;

Your packet loss (2.00%) is very high. This will negatively affect yourself and others. See /ping for info.
 (I've cut out the other small part because it was unnecessary here)

There should be See /ping OR /pl for info. it's currently only /ping however it warns us about packets loss

and the "/ping" should be change to "/pl"
