When Engine Is Broken, I can't repair my Engine with 2 Repair Kits

There's 60 percent chance that when trying to repair a car, I use both repair kits and the engine remains broken after that. It's completely random. Happens almost every time. I don't know what causes it.

This should be fixed next update. Let me know if it's not, it's hard to replicate.
