Referral system

Referral codes are a proven way to increase users on any platform.
I suggest to implement one in MCNR as follows:

Any player who has at least a certain (not too high) number of playing hours
 (let's say 5 hours), can use a command (/refer) to generate a short permanent
referral code (either automatic or chosen by the user). I suggest not to use a
nickname as a referral code because it could be changed.

Once they have generated it, they can put it in their social media or
wherever they want and tell new users to use it when registering.

The registering process will have an additional (skippable) dialog asking the new
user to input the referral code of the person who invited them to play MCNR.

If the player enters a referral code, they will immediately receive a cash bonus,
let's say $10000. The person who referred the new user to MCNR will receive
a bonus only once the new player has played for an hour in MCNR.

Also add a way to track who invited who, and make it possible for the person
who referred to view a list of the people he invited.

I didn't know about it.

Anyway I suggest to make changes:
- increase bonus! the referring player should receive more than the newbie! I'd make it $10000 for the newbie, and $20000 for the referring player
- add the 1-hour (or more) playtime requirement for the newbie, for the referring player to receive the bonus (to prevent fraud)
- add the dialog during registration, and a confirm message in case the player clicks skip ("are you sure you were not referred by anyone? You could get $10000 if you enter the referral code")

That sounds like a really great idea - really prevents fraud unless someone wants to waste their life getting to level 100 just for 100k haha.

For the first player invited you get 100k
second - 120k
third - 140k
4th - 160k
5th - 180k
6th - 200k
7th - 220k
8th - 240k
9th - 270k
10th - 300k (max.)
11th - 300k
12th - 300k, etc.
Of course only once they get to level 100
