Drive-by done by driver does not give wanted level if you shoot a player's car.

Anyone noticed that drive-by(done by driver) does not give a wanted level u if shoot other's vehicle? cus today (BG)crappyscooter did it several times on cop tanks and he did not get any wanted level for it which is annoying because he can shoot and destroy your cars all day long and u can't do shit :( . Even I tried this some days back on Saif's Infernus after which he started crying   ;D

Can't detect in SAMP, not a fixable bug- but you can report them with evidence and they will be punished.

SA:MP lacks the basic functionality of detecting drive-by shooting. I can't do much about it.

I think a simple drive by (does not matter if bullets hits someone or not) can be made a crime cus that's also a sort of shootout. So if possible to detect if the players pressed q/e + LCtrl/Lmb, the crime would be detected.

You can’t get weapon/bullet data while a player is in a vehicle. Oh how I love SAMP’s lack of basic functionality!

Ok so I did some experimenting and you can in fact get a player's ammo. You can't find out what weapon they are using or detect when they're firing it, but if you track ammo and you see their ammo go down while they're in a car, they're likely drive-bying. As of the next update it will now be a crime (1-star if near a player, 2-stars if near a cop).
