Filter?

My VPN was open and I just opened SA-MP and I saw the server, But when I turned it off, It was gone.
Is that Filter or a problem happened to me?

Not a server related problem. Try to restart your computer (I assume you did) or maybe re-install SAMP (quick if nothing works).

Do you still have troubles to join? As far as I know, Iran has internet issues due to hacks or something, can you see the server when you turn on VPN?

When the VPN is off The server is 0/0 Ping 9999, But when VPN is on It's OK, I can see it for some another servers too

I guess that's the problem here, you're not the first one who had troubles. Even tho VPN is not allowed, it's understandable why you use it. Why did you turn it off in the first place?

I was downloading from Epic Games and it's filtered in Iran, and i wrongly opened sa-mp app and saw the server is ok, but I turned it off after that and I saw server is off again, I turned it off to check if the server is working, but not

Do you still have any issues with joining the server? If yes, feel free to PM our managers or community manager about your situation, they will give you an advice for sure about your problems without using VPN.
