Garage Bug

Hello, I bought a nice house with garage in san fierro (23 pleasant drive).
The problem is the garage, which is full even though I can't get a vehicle inside.
I did everything to make it work but nothing. I think it is a serious bug watching the video you will understand everything. I hope it will be fixed soon.

I think this is the similar bug that @Parzival encountered if I'm not wrong.

kind of similar to mine but Mike said my issue was that the car colors were bugged/out of range or something, in the result i couldn't request a personal car.. dont think that has something to do with this https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,3966.0.html

I confirm it is not the same bug are two totally different things..

I also had the same problem in another house in los santos that I sold a week ago.
I don't know if this house had an owner or not. If He had an owner in the house and he may have left his personal vehicle there, is there a way to remove it via some admin command or from the panel?
