Previously, running over a cop was a serious crime for which you could be arrested, and it made sense.
Now a criminal can simply run over a cop, without the cops being able to do nothing to stop them, possibly killing them.
I also suggest to restore the wanted level for stealing cops car.

Despite it being sometimes unintentional I agree, Hit and run should be giving 2 stars.

I do support that, "Hit and run" crimes must be given one more star, even if it was at random guy whatever he was..not only cops,.

I was actually surprised when I've realized that you only get one star for stealing a police vehicle, but actually that might be better since newer players are just stealing cars from the PD, getting wanted level and afterwards arrested. So, I am pretty neutral to this, but leaning more towards +1.

Hit and run should be a 2star crime, +1.

Stealing a normal police cop should give just 1 star as Domino stated above. However, if a criminal steals a pursuit vehicle, then that should give 2 stars since those are more valuable for cops.
