So yea, the suggestion is pretty straight forward: add more rustler spawns to area 69, maybe los santos airport (?) and the airport at lv, because I think there isn't enough of them (sf cop airport has a decent amount of them but it takes some time to get there) and adding it to these mentioned locations would make it easier to reach our rustlers.

maybe just 1 extra rustler spawn spot would be nice,  but somewhere isolated away from the inner city of Los Santos.. got to give bank robbers and car thieves some sort of chance to get away before being blown up. +1

Area has about 1-2 rustlers, adding a few more would be good.

It's because civ's cant access these vehicles and only cops can, anyways some more rustler spawn's would be nice +1 for the suggestion.

Yes, I do agree on adding a few Rustlers at Area 69 and 1 or 2 at each city's airport. Or at least, I would like to see 1 or 2 rustlers at LS airport to avoid having to drive all the way to SF or Area 69 just to get one.

I’m against having rustlers at a civilian airport. Therefore there’s on the aircraft carrier (SF) and Area 69 (LV) that’s suitable. I can’t see any location in or around LS that would be suitable to spawn a Rustler at..

That's right Not having rustlers at civilian airport is totally fine.
However i would suggest the spawn location can be Area 59 and Verdant Meadows hanger.

SF has Rustlers at Easter Basin, LV at Area 69, maybe LS should have one somewhere too, but there isn't anywhere suitable apart from at the actual airport..

Maybe someone could map a runway just past ocean docks :P

EDIT:
SF (Easter Basin) had 3 Rustler spawns and and LV (Area 69) had 2. I have added an additional Rustler in LV, and am trying to find somewhere to spawn on for LS.. For now I've added one to LS airport. No script update required, they should spawn on the next city change.
