Just make a discord channel where people could ask and helpers answer and even players can involve themselves to to prove themselves eligible for good positions like " helper ".

Players need help in game, it's easier to ask while you play rather than go to discord and ask. New players' questions are answered pretty fast if you ask me.

Not needed a channel to see who is eligible to be a so called 'helper', just be polite and help somebody if you can.

Erm, I don't think this is needed, there is some helper 22/7  and even then if you ask your problem in chat someone helps you out.
