You're not changed at all. Infact you lied to the Leader of the crew and to everyone reading this.
The question states if you have been banned before, and you said no.
Just by lying to saz face and everyone in the 59 crew you were black listed and will never be able to join.

Doesn't hurt to tell the truth, even if it's still denied. You wouldn't have been black listed.
Improve on yourself and your behavior and then find a crew to be in.

Just because you made a new account does not mean you're clean now, think about it. Also, talking to our crew members like that whilst having an application pending does not increase your chance of getting in the crew.
