Please add a Special Dealership to buy heavy vehicles and industrial vehicles like Vans, Boxville, Dune , Tractor, Roadtrain , Tanker, Packer , Linerunner , Cement Truck , DFT-30 , Dozer etc.

Just No OP vehicles like the Dumper & Harvester.

About dumper i'd say no -1

Imagine you're peacefully driving in a car then a guy with a dumper come ramming and flipping your car

Yeah, same with the harvester. So I'd go with a -1 and who needs these vehicles.

U think about dealership location right? I mean it's hard to find 3 good building for this dealership (one per active city)

Not needed at all. This will create a mess in front of banks since everyone would just hit the bank with these vehicles and it would create also even more ram situations on the server.
