Seasparrow and rustler not useless in robbers

it costs a lot of time to get cop rank 10, and the reward is the rustler and seasparrow to destroy the cars, but as a normal threated player, what they do is get off of the car and start to destroy the helicopter with the m4.
the m4 and other weapons now have a different scripts for damage.
i only use the seasparrow for big groups but there is no time for me to get off of the helicopter and fight cause they kill me very fast just with m4 upgraded. when you get to rank 10 and you realize that it is very limited you say, so much work just for that. that's why nobody uses it.

True, the Seasparrow and Rustler take a fair bit of time to unlock, and after unlocking, you realize Seasparrow is slow as fuck and tickles people on foot it with its gun during which the criminal may just pull out a shotgun or m4 and unload and kill you in 10-20 seconds. Rustler is more for those "camp on rooftop / aerial home" criminals so idk about its effectiveness against people on foot.

Only real way to kill with Seasparrow is to banzai charge them with the Heliblades and hope that it connects and you don't get stuck in a crevice and explode. Even that is not possible against experienced players or groups of +2 criminals.

I'd like to see a small buff to the Seasparrow's MG, not much but a little. And maybe increase its speed a little.
And add some functionality to the Rustler because its not really ideal for your day-to-day Criminal Chases, maybe a bit of buff to the MG to make that 1 second contact with the criminal's car worth it.

Also I've spent 6 hours in a Seasparrow so maybe I am a bit biased

A cop can easily destroy a criminals vehicle and kill him without getting out of the helicopter so its more than useful.
If you keep firing at a burning vehicle while the criminal is  trying to exit the vehicle, you can just keep firing so he will die in the car instead of engaging.

Rustler is for catching most wanted in planes/helicopters, if you are a good pilot even catching criminals in cars. (huehue)
