Well when u join MCNR for first time server says : 
We want to give you a classic experience of old school GTA SA



So as same as GTA game system,  how about loosing your whole wallet money after death? 

or atleast a certain amount or percentage of your wallet money?

You already drop money from robbing other players, so no. A lot of guys are keeping their money in wallets when they reach 10 million in the bank, so if we add a small percentage of dropping or cash limit, they would constantly lose money.

It would atleast encourage players to visit the bank/ATM more to deposit money into their bank account..
