Not being able to buy vehicles and end test drives

The problem first occured when I was about to buy a new bullet in the last city. I clicked the final button right at the same time when someone started shooting at me, the car didn't come into my garage, neither was any money removed. Maybe that's why the bug occurred, not sure. Now even after relog the same thing happens. And I can spawn as many vehicles as I want to.
