This is not worthy of punishment for insults at least. It's literally couple guys getting pissed off about a situation that occurred, nothing wrong with that.
Staff members need to be able to take a certain level of abuse e.g fuck you or fuck off. If it was spammed then a punishment could occur for spamming the chats, but that doesn't seem to the the case here.
The notice regarding insult complaints has outlined criteria for determining insult/harassment.
As for the killing innocents, as always claude you lack video evidence or even /crimes.
