When changing licence plate as mechanic it also repairs bodywork

i have noticed that when a player calls for a mechanic and requests a licence plate change, it will change the licence plate and also repair car bodywork. i tried to get a video but its hard as a solo player as not many request the plate change. (if any testers are online and want to meet me in game thats fine)

I think it's intended TBH, not sure. If it is a bug I can confirm that. Will wait for Mike's reply.

Thnx. Replicated but don't know what exactly causes it. Will log it in after enough proof and investigation.

This causes when the plate changes it will repair the car as i think the plate is a unique id for the vehicle along side "Vehicle ID" maybe mike did
this for extra protection after a serverupdate (probably a timer) and on the serverupdate there is the timer to loop all to the vehicle plates
And it doesn't get the vehicle health or repaired variable. However if its instant repair after the plate change mike need to look at the OnDialogResponse check the listitem where the "change plate" is located. Not to mention if you change plates your bulletproof tires will unbid from your vehicle (i don't know if its fixed now)
