@The_Centurion Put everything aside, look at Claude's crimes and explain, that where exactly did he murder you/your friend? And yes, if he shot your friend (first crime) and you were with him that time, why didn't you kill him that time, but kill him when he was an innocent? Note, that if he shot you instead of Red_Avenab, you would be authorised to kill him whenever you wanted.

@Parzival as i said , he was the driver of infernus and his passenger was k.i.a so he doesn't have much shooting in his crime history . and with what i've heared by razadali , anyone who helps in anyway in killing a player is the target of revenge kill .
answer to your second question is that how can we kill him while already losing 3 fights and being outnumbered .we both died , went to jail for 4-5 mins and that is how he lost his stars.
and im pretty sure he shot our car so that we had to get out of it.
final thing is that he came to lvpd to kill red while we didn't even have guns but still we accepted the risks.
