Sometimes when i level up i get these notifications that i can buy a boat. Can you actually do this. if so how

Hello @thiccnicc,
At the moment it's not possible to buy a boat or an aircraft. That message was probably added because Mike had plans to implement that feature in the future, just as the message that says you can ride on buses and planes.
