7. My car should've spawned under the intersection in Downtown LS

I called for my car when I was at the ground level as the road under the Downtown intersection. However, the spawned on the intersection highway.

It selects a random node ~100m away or something first (so that it doesn’t spawn in your face) but if it can’t find one it will use the closest node, unless the closest node is also over 100m away. Maybe closest node allowance needs increasing. I’ll look into it.

As Mike said, vehicles are designed to spawn farther than you and not near you. The plugin that does that will always use the highest Z position
to spawn a vehicle so if you're under a bridge and something is above it will spawn above cause there is so many places like that in the game
Ex. outside PD in SF under the bridge, it will spawn on top just move away from the bridge I guess, the plugin/script, can't tell if you're under or on the bridge. So, it will spawn on highest Z position road. Just move away from the place, I guess.

Can confirm number 2 has happened to me (the hydraulics making me go higher) quite a few times.

Number 3 has happened to me a few times as well, a fix would be to just "auto destroy" and not allow the spawning of vehicles with hp below 250.0 (which would force an insurance claim).

Number 13 is just satchels in general, they do not sync properly, next time when you have the detonator equipped, spam the fire button 5+ times and it should sync a bit better.

Climbed to death is a Engine bug, there is always a chance to die from climbing short objects when playing above 30fps

yeah, but it doesn't disappear from your hands for the other player as quickly, so just spam it anyways, it helps trust me

it's general samp sync issues

There’s no fix for this really, at least not a quick fix. Just move position and call it again.
