Introduction
Each month, the MCNR management team will select one (or sometimes more) members of staff that they feel have exceeded the expectations of their role and performed their duties exceptionally.

Prize
As a reward for achieving this accolade, the select staff member(s) will be awarded with $150,000* in-game cash each

Examples of what makes a great staff member:

* Active on the server, forums and Discord
* Helpful to new players or players with questions/problems
* Actively monitors and takes action against player reports, not just on the server but also forums
* Actively engages with the community through the server, Discord and forums
* Tests, investigates, and reports issues, and assists developers
* Genuinely cares and tries their best to help the server and community

Since being promoted to manager,he has greatly improved in various aspects and has proved to be a valuable member of the staff team..

Clara has been a welcome addition to the team since joining only last month, and has been exceptionally active and engaging within the community, responding to many reports and complaints from players and trying her best to keep everything in check. Thank you Clara!
Notable mentions
- Funtastic_Power was hired as a beta tester and quickly promoted to a moderator this month! In this time has has been very active and helpful on the server, forums and Discord.
- Megatron will sadly be leaving us (perhaps not fully, but mostly) at the end of this month to join the army. He will be sorely missed by everyone and by noone more than myself. He has done an unbelievable job as community manager and taken a lot of burden off my back as I endevour to concentrate on development to improve MCNR. Can't put into words how appreciative I am. Thank you.

MCNR staff member of the month for September was RoboKill! He has been one of the most active admins on the server in recent times which is very valuable to us as he is often there when players need him. He was voted to be this month's Staff Member of the Month by other staff by 3 votes!

MD045 has been a big help during the MCNR Halloween event, providing maps for some interiors and outside the police departments. He's also been doing some other stuff for me coming soon. Thanks for the help!
