What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	no specific situation.i was banned the first time i was connecting to the server
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?	i haven't even played the game so i am not cheating and i'm sure there is no other problem
Any more information to provide?	i'm in a ban evasion and if i do something wrong i'll be banned permenantely and the expire date of ban is 7 months but i haven't done anything wrong in fact

No i wasn't using it when i started the game.

The ban is issued to another person with that ID, as Finn said, might be a range ban, please turn off VPN if you are using one and try again, if not well then there is nothing we can do about it.
