Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I think this is some kind of bug or mistake, bc ban time was 10.6. at 11:35 and iit appealed 13.8. which has no logic
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	i think this is bug

Any more information to provide?	I know that ban lenght is 10 months, but i never used any mods, hacks or cheats, i play by the rules all the time

You ain't got banned, try turning off your vpn. If you still can't join to the server, try restarting ur modem/router.
