As I am the admin who handed you PSO ( Public service offense )

I was chasing pegasus and he had guns on him when I stopped to arrest him but he hide it and we have a rule of 30 seconds to shot suspect if he has weapons after the 30 seconds he kept running so he is count as un-armed/non-threat suspect.

And I saw you running after him and shooting and another cop and killed him for no reason.

You could knock him and revive him and arrest him but you 2 decided to kill him for no reason

The pso handed is 100% positive and based on cop rules knowledge so will remain and please read the rules next time you are in the field to avoid any punishment.
