Killing someone who was trying to kill you should be considered self-defense by the justice system, or at least an extenuating circumstance, and it should allow you to kill the attacker without receiving a wanted level, or by receiving a shorter sentence / lower bail.

+1 for the suggestion, once a player gets hurt by bullets, vehicles, etc, said player shouldn't receive any kind of repercussion when defending for their life.

What happens when there's a cop nearby, and is trying to "preserve life" by putting you down? How can he know you're just defending yourself? This isn't really needed, especially since it would "steal" a good portion of players from cops.

But then what if there were no cops online/nearby. Should we let the person robbed you run away? I do agree that if there is a cop nearby you should not be able to kill the person (if you dont want to) but If we have to do anything to preserve our lives/defend ourselves it should be allowed just like IRL.
No offence btw, just my opinion. :)

Then, the crime script shouldn't be reflecting when there are no cops nearby.
