What kind of Spawn Kill is this?

A player uses a ladder to climb, and when I start shooting him, it is considered to be a spawn kill.
P.S. The same issue happens when a player leaves the bank and if you begin shooting him, the Spawn Kill message would appear too.

Not a bug as far as I'm aware, their screen fades out when they enter an interior/ or exit it, they are visible to you but in their perspective it takes time to let the black screen go off, that's why damage is disabled when a player recently enters or exits an interior.

Shouldn't be happening on the ladders though, as their screen is not faded out. This is a valid 'bug'.
