Locked/sticky posts now look a bit better on the topic list.

Sticky topics have a purple strip at the left side:


Locked topics will have a darker background:


Topics that are both locked and stickied will have both of these visuals:


Also, some more bars have backgrounds, like those above topics:


All text on dark backgrounds is now white instead of grey.

The spoiler tags have black text instead of white.
