Mike:
- Fixed an issue where vehicles bought from Dealerships weren't purchasing properly but the player would still be charged. All affected players will be refunded in the next update.
- Fixed an issue which could cause desert eagle 'c-bug' detection to incorrectly trigger if skill level was between 20% and 30%.
