Introduction
We're excited to announce the release of Version 2.1 for Mike's Cops and Robbers. This update brings a host of new features and improvements to enhance your MCNR experience.

Key Additions:

* Warehouse Robbery: A new robbery mission at various warehouses. Load up a 'Box Truck' and start looting. Check /missions warehouse for details.
* Bonus Vehicle Event: Every Sunday, track down and deliver a unique vehicle with the license plate $$$. Compete with others using clues to find it. More info with /bvhelp.
* Bank Robbery Overhaul: Robbing banks now requires a Bank Security Keycard. Expect tougher guards and more strategic options.
* Robbery Splitting: Easily split robbery earnings with friends or group members using /robsplit.
* 1v1 Duel Enhancements: New options for duels, including weapon restrictions, betting, and entry fees. Two new arenas are also available.
* Quick-Commands: Set up to 10 (20 for donators) quick-commands for faster gameplay with shortcuts like /1 and /2.
* Player Commendations: Recognize and reward positive player behavior with the new commendation system.
* Account Security: Secure your account with new email verification and Account Auth Code (AAC) systems.
* New Help System: The /help system has been revamped, making it easier to navigate and more comprehensive.
Vehicle Changes:

* Hood Interaction: You can now open and close vehicle hoods for a more interactive experience, especially at car meets.
* Modded Exhausts: Vehicles with modded exhausts now spit flames, adding a bit of flair to your rides.
* Reinforced Bodywork: A new vehicle upgrade that disables visual damage on your vehicle.
* Bumper Removal: You can now fully remove vehicle bumpers at gas stations for a customized look.
Additional Features:

* Dispersal Orders: Cops can now order players to leave an area with the new /disperse command.
* Follow Command: Cops can make suspects follow them with the new /follow command.
* Police Voicelines: Cops now have skin-specific voice lines that play when issuing orders like freeze, surrounded, arrested, or follow. Additionally, police helicopters and boats now feature new megaphone announcement sounds/voicelines.
* Ambient NPCs: New ambient NPCs have been added throughout the map to enhance immersion, including more lively nightclubs with queues, external music, and other decorations.

Staff Enhancements: Moderation tools have been improved, making it easier and more effective for staff to maintain the MCNR environment.

WAREHOUSE ROBBERY
- A new robbery has been added: Warehouse Robbery.
- This can be started at various warehouses around the map. You'll need a 'Box Truck' to start it to load the goods into.
- See '/missions warehouse' in-game for details and locations.

BONUS VEHICLE EVENT
- Every Sunday at midnight a 'Bonus Vehicle' event will start.
- Players will have one in-game day (until city change at midnight) to find the Bonus Vehicle in one of the inactive cities, and deliver it into the active city.
- The first clue will be a vague description of the area. In the final 5 minutes, a more detailed clue is given.
- The vehicle is likely an unusual colour or has a paintjob or mods, however this is not always the case. The licence plate will be '$$$' in green.
- Players can compete to steal the vehicle, however it is invulnerable to damage (except tires, which have are super damage resistant).
- Cops can confiscate the bonus vehicle to recover it for a reward.
- See more information in-game with /bvhelp.

BANK ROBBERY IMPROVEMENTS
- In order to rob the bank by hacking the vault door, you must now obtain a Bank Security Keycard from the Bank Manager's safe.
- Players will drop keycards from their inventory upon death. These dropped keycards will disappear after 5 minutes.
- Bank vault guard health increased significantly.
- There is now a safe in the Bank Manager's office that can be robbed. It'll also get you a keycard to rob the main vault.
- Using Satchel Charges to blast the vault will now pay less and take a little longer. Hacking the vault will pay a little more than before.
- The vault hacking minigame is now cleaner, and has better instructions. It also now starts with 4 arrows instead of 1.
- Failing the bank hack will now incur a penalty for the hacker in the way of an animation.

ROBBERY SPLITTING
- Robbery earnings can now be easily split with other players (that were nearby when the robbery took place).
  - Use /robsplit (/rbs) to split with specific players by listing their names/IDs, e.g. '/rbs Mike James Simon'.
  - You can use '/robsplit group' to equally split the take with group members.
  - You can use '/robsplit friends' to equally split the take with friends.
  - A new setting (/set) has been added to automatically split robbery earnings with group/friends (/set rob_auto_split). This is disabled by default.

1v1 DUEL ENHANCEMENTS
- In a 1v1 duel, the instigator can now restrict the duel to a single specific weapon (doesn't use participants' weapons/ammo).
- When viewing the list of 1v1 arenas, it now shows the size of the arena and what the time limit will be.
- Participants can now place a bet on their duel. Winner takes all.
- There is now a $500 entry fee.
- New 1v1 duel locations: LSPD interior, Sumo Stadium.
- Fixed throwable weapons not being useable in duels.

QUICK-COMMANDS
Similar to the existing 'quick-strings' feature, 'quick-commands' have been added.
Shortcuts can be set to type certain commands. These can be executed quickly by typing /1 /2 /3 etc.
For example, you may set '/lotto 69' to a quick-command so you can quickly buy lotto tickets.
This system will allow a more level playing field for players that don't use keybinds.
Regular players can store up to 10 quick-commands, and donators can have up to 20.

PLAYER COMMENDATIONS
You can now 'commend' (praise) a player with /commend or /praise.
This is a contrast to /report for rule-breakers. If you encounter a player that is fun, helpful, kind etc. you can commend them.
Players that receive a high number of commendations may receive periodic rewards.
There are limits to how many commendations you can give. Also, multiple commendations to/from one player to another will not stack up for the rewards.

ACCOUNT EMAIL VERIFICATION
Player accounts can now be linked to an email address. This may be used to assist with account recovery in the event of compromise or loss of access.
Use /email and enter your email address, which will then need to be verified.

ACCOUNT AUTH CODE (AAC)
Players can now generate a unique 'Account Auth Code' (AAC), which can be shared with staff to prove account ownership.
They are single-use only. Staff cannot see everyone's auth codes. They can only check if the code you give them is valid or not.
Codes should never be shared with non-staff.

NEW HELP SYSTEM
The /help system has been fully redone from the ground up.
It is now searchable, has shortcodes (e.g. '/help crime bankrob' to view the 'bankrob' topic in the 'crime' category), and can be edited without a script update.
It has also been expanded to cover more topics than before, with more planned to be added.
I recommend everyone check it out, as you may learn something you didn't know!

ALSO NEW
- Use of explosives (grenades, satchels etc.) is now a crime and the offender will be marked as a 'threat'.
- When a cop requests backup (/backup /bk) their blip will flash red/blue for 1 minute and be visible to all cops from any distance.
   - Other cops can respond to backup requests with /rbackup (/rback /rbk) to set their GPS to the officer's location. It also notifies them of the response.
- Public service workers can now locate vehicles/weapons via a payphone (like civilians could).
- Players now have labels above them showing level, job, rank, wanted status, threat level, and more.
  - This is a trial beta feature and subject to change or removal. The main downside being that the labels are visible through walls..
- Player threat status is now shown in /info (/i).
- Supply drops will now take slightly longer, but you can pay a small fee for 'Redwood Prime' (MCNR's Amazon Prime) for faster supply drop delivery. Regular delivery is 10 seconds slower.
- Police officers can now order players to leave the area with /disperse /leavearea or /gtfo.
   - The player will have 60 seconds to leave the area, and cannot return for 5 minutes.
   - Players that abuse this ability will lose the ability to use it.
- Police officers can order a suspect to follow them with /follow. If they reach a police vehicle, the suspect will be put in the back.
- Added $warrant ($war) quickstring for nearest arrestable (orange) suspect. Excludes most wanted (red).
- Mailman mission vans now have multiple parody liveries (added FexEd/Prime in addition to UPS).
- Vehicle bumpers can now be fully removed at gas stations. Apparently people wanted it.
- Various locations around the map now have a checkpoint to spawn a truck and trailer. These are shown as grey truck icons on the map (which were already there).
- Added a new /setting to toggle if GPS routes are shown on the road/map/both/none. Can also be configured to only show turn arrows on the road.
- Added /perf to view your 'performance stats' which includes ping, packetloss, and FPS.
  - It will show the min, max, and average stats over up to a 10 minute period. You can specify the timeframe e.g. '/perf 1' to show stats over the last 1 minute.
- Area 69 is now more heavily guarded, with Sniper soldiers on the towers. The air defences will also now disable all aircraft controls.
- Vehicle hoods can now be opened/closed by standing at them and pressing Y. Car meets!
- Vehicle supply drops can now be shot to make them drop faster.
- Added /vmod to find out which modshops your vehicle can be modified at.
- Added /dwield to quickly toggle between single and dual wielding your held weapon (Uzi, Tec-9, Sawn-off Shotgun, and Colt 45).
- Added player stats and achievements for supply drops.
- New vehicle upgrade: Reinforced Bodywork. Visual damage will not show on the vehicle.
- Properties now have wardrobes to change skin, clothes, and accessories.
- While in a vehicle, you can tap Y or use /occupants or /passengers to interact with other vehicle occupants.
- A first-time tutorial will now show when first entering the main bank, explaining banking and bank robberies. This can be skipped.
- You can call cops/medics/fire with /911 from anywhere.
- Added /networth (/worth) which will show your total net worth (value of cash and assets (vehicles and properties)).
- Player ignoring (/ignore) is now permanent and won't reset when players leave the server. You can manage your ignore list with /ignorelist.
- Using /headphones when you aren't wearing any headphones will now show you a list of your owned headphones to wear.
- Added /helmet to quickly wear and unwear bike helmets.
- Added player /setting (/set) to automatically wear/unwear helmets when getting on/off bikes.
- Added commands to list players of a certain job: /cops /medics /firefighters /mechanics /prostitutes.
- Telescopes around the map are now functional. Unfortunately SA-MP doesn't support zooming the camera, but you can still look through them.
  - Also added some custom telescopes around SF bay, Gant Bridge, Mount Chiliad, and more.
- Staff now have voice lines in Cluckin' Bell, Well Stacked Pizza Co., Burger Shot, Clothes Stores, Ammunation, and more to come.
- Voice lines added for Taxi hailing (pressing Y when a Taxi is nearby).
- Added NPCs and sounds in SF gym.
- Added new voice lines when a Medic performs CPR.
- Added barriers near Easter Basin Naval Base to prevent falling into water.
- Added a new 'Vehicle Control and Information' dialog which can control vehicle functions and settings.
  - Press Y in a vehicle to activate.
  - Driver controls include engine, lights (headlights and secondary lights), windows, doors, and interacting with occupants.
- Added a 'Police Computer' to view suspects, jailed players, and stolen vehicles.
  - This can be accessed in police vehicles via the new Vehicle Control Menu mentioned above (press Y in a vehicle).
  - It can be accessed at the PCs in the police departments.
- Vehicles with modded exhausts will now spit out flames!
- Cops will now speak skin-specific voicelines for freeze/surrounded/arrest/follow.
- The Atrium (in Commerce, LS) can now be entered.
- Added an accessibility /setting to set how long Y must be held before the Interaction Menu is opened.



- Player-tracking GPS will now show their current location above the radar.
- Offline messages (/inbox) are no longer deleted once read. They will be removed 28 days after being read, or can be manually deleted.
- Slight increase to Treasure Hunt payouts.
- Moneybag event now gives score.
- Players are now protected from being robbed while in the Valet mission static camera waiting for the guest to arrive.
- Players now get a Construction Worker skin during the Dynamite Delivery mission at (Hunter Quarry, LV).
- When staff cancel a player's bounty, this is now announced to everyone.
- Added $tk alias for $ticket quickstring.
- Searching /settings will now also search shortcodes.
- Clarified that all timestamps are UTC timezone by adding '(UTC)' in any places dates/times are shown.
- Police compound checkpoint will no longer display to non-cops.
- Additional helicopter spawnpoints added throughout San Andreas.
- Added /missionsearch for find mission locations more easily. You can search by mission type, and they show closest first.
- Activity of the Week can now more easily be found with /aotw (will show mission search).
- Command lists are now updated semi-automatically, which means they should always be up-to-date and are easier for developers to keep updated.
  - They are also searchable.
- Rules are now stored in database and not static, and can be edited by management easily.
- When players exit interiors, vehicles parked at the door are now moved to a nearby road, to prevent players getting stuck.
- Trailers attached to trucks now have functional tail lights (will turn on/off with truck lights, will only be on when connected to a truck cab).
- Shooting range target being out of sync should now automatically fix itself (/refreshtargets no longer required (as often, if at all)).
- Less chance of players being stuck inside eachother if ejected from bank vault when it resets.
- Removed 'you recently performed an animation' when trying to apply animations. Hella irritating.
- Club improvements with more NPCs on the dancefloor, a cinematic dance camera, and queues outside the doors when clubs are open.
   - The Alhambra club has some added decorations outside with a neon lit sign and external speakers.
- Vehicle 'hand tap' animation (resting arm out window) can now be used as a passenger (animation for left and right sides).
- Vehicle passengers can now open/close their own window with /window.
- Payphone 'locate vehicle' function will no longer select undercover law enforcement vehicles, mission vehicles, or player personal vehicles.
- Fixed chat spam when a cop tries to recover non-illegal special cargo trailer.
- Attempting to wear a second helmet/headphones will now replace the original instead of refusing to do it.
- Clothing inventory can now be searched with '/clothes [search]', for example '/clothes hockey'.
- Players can now 'drop' certain inventory items for others to pick up, instead of just 'discarding' them.
   - You'll be given the option to drop instead of discard if the item supports it.
- Supply drop plane now flies higher to avoid buildings.
- Added objects to the LS River Time Trial to make the intended route clearer.
- New megaphone audio for police heli/boats when ordering suspects to stop.
- The player /info dialog now has a 'Navigate' button to set your GPS to the player's location.
- All quick-strings, 10-codes, and color embedding (<red> etc.) can be used in all commands.
- Hot air balloons will now only fly in the daytime.



- 'Shooting in public' and 'Robbery' crimes now mark the player as a 'threat'.
- A maximum limit of $10,000,000 has been set for item trading.
- Wanted level evasion will now delay starting until 10 seconds after committing a crime.
- Fire Extinguisher and Spraycan weapons are now time-limited similar to the Chainsaw, and an animation will play after a few seconds of use.
- Personal vehicles can no longer be immediately returned to storage when they flip upside down (5 second delay).
  - This is to prevent people avoiding vehicle destruction by quickly respawning flipped vehicles before they catch fire.
- The Trucking job list will now refresh after 10 minutes instead of 60.
- Bounties will now be cancelled if the placer leaves the server within 5 minutes (was 1 minute).
- Increased the health boost (2x) for vending machines.



- Fixed certain 'threat' crimes not highlighted red in player crime history (/crimes).
- Fixed some player stats in the 'Cash' category having dollar-sign prefix when they shouldn't have ('Lotto Wins' and 'Scratchcards Bought/Won').
- Fixed 'favourite weapon' player setting not working.
- Fixed players able to reclaim confiscated weapons from PD reception as a public service worker.
- Fixed Discord /playerbase command.
- Fixed 'Vehicles Scrapped' player stats being in the 'Crimes' category (moved to 'Vehicles').
- Fixed players being able to accept a revival offer while dead/dying.
- Using /vcolor (donator-only) by specfiying the color IDs in the command will now charge players as it would with the list.
- Fixed /chatoff being saved after relog (but initial messages would appear).
- Fixed players being able to enter restricted mission-related vehicles as a passenger.
- Fixed an issue where player parachutes may be removed by the anticheat in mid-air.
- Fixed repairing a full health vehicle's tires saying 'Engine did not need repairing (armor applied)' meanwhile vehicle' health is at 999 (full).
- Fixed not being able to re-buy bullet resistance tires when it's health is below max health.
- Fixed not being able to repair your bullet resistance tires when it's health is over 5.
- Fixed tipping a Taxi driver tipping player ID 0 instead of the Taxi driver.
- Fixed being unable to play dice when it is required for a daily objective due to gambling limit.
- Fixed mechanic engine/tire repair continuing after vehicle returned to storage or service ends prematurely (e.g. customer quits).
- Fixed vehicle bomb shops not taking payment.
- Fixed cops being unable to impound Special Cargo due to being unable to drive down into the PD parking lot. It will now happen as soon as they enter the PD area.
- Fixed message spam when a cop has special cargo trailer attached.
- Fixed various issues with searchlights at Dwayne Island and Area 69.
  - The searchlights wouldn't move around, would appear at weird angles, and if shot the beam object would be attached to random other objects on the server.
- Fixed Casino safe robbery moneybag disappearing after a single shot has been taken.
- Fixed issues with payphone work contract mission cooldown not appearing in /cooldowns.
- Added missing Bayside Gas Station to GPS system.
- Fixed NPC pause messages.
- Various fixes for time trial:
   - Being able to walk into the checkpoint.
   - Being able to hit 'retry' after failing.
   - The checkpoint not always being deleted after the mission ends.
   - Unable to re-enter the vehicle if exited.

you just can't respawn your car immediately, you have to wait 5 secs ? thats gonna make u loose time and money, if ur car is destroyed, you have to wait 30 secs to fix it, and it takes another 10 secs to fix, so thats a 40 secs already, why didn't u leave it the way it is ? waiting 30 secs to fix ur destroyed car is already too much

also moving cars for blocking the entry ? people get stuck once in thousand times, idk why its added

making a drop now takes 4 steps, and thats too much, leave it the way it is with its previous speed

non threat labels and level ? why its shown for everyone that someone is a threat or not?
also no one can see others names, until they get 10m close to u ?? and u can see people through walls and thats so bad for dmers
one more thing, why are we seeing everyone's level ? while everyone on level 100 already

Also old bank system was good. The key card is complicated and if we fail we have to wait longer than before
