Mike:
- Fixed an issue where players could explore an area of San Andreas before spawning.
- Fixed player mission cooldown timers not properly saving when quitting.
- Fixed error with cash stats for 'Cash earned as taxi driver' when
a taxi driver is tipped by their passenger after they go of duty.
- Updated /mapicons descriptions as some were wrong or inaccurate.
- Fixed box spacing issue in forum involement popup.
- Fixed players being able to walk around while dying by opening a dialog.
