Maybe mike forgot place this item around the map.

Install this item around the map specially cities for recover a part of player life as a emergency...maxium 15% of life. I think Will be useful.

No -1 it's like /ad in other server

You have vending machines, food stands, hospitals, medics, medkits, and food you can carry to heal you. Why are random floating hearts needed, except to break immersion..?
