Truth's plants

Randomly each week, spawn some weed plants at the Truth's farm (fully grown). Idk how the system works but they can be assigned to Truth's NPC in-game ID?
That way people can visit that area more and make some quick cash.

+9999 spawn them random maybe so you have to check multiple times giving you some activity to do besides dm
