Considering that you were not actively chasing Arpa when he quit (you might have chased him if he didn't leave), and Arpa was not near you when he left, I will give Arpa the benefit of doubt. But in future, if your "mouse breaks" in such situation, please fix your mouse without exiting the game as it is unfair for the people who were (going to) come for you.
