Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?First of all Dimitar never gave me any warning of this report going on and i couldn't defend myself.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?It's obvious by the video how Dimitar is baiting us into shooting him. I did firstly shoot his NRG, i couldn't directly see him as he was covering himself with that piece of street, after realising he was just idle there we robbed him. Then he unfreezed, jumping on our car roof, so he gave me a reason to shoot him (too near) and also jumping on the car without shooting us is the perfect shoot-bait. Anyways after realizing he wasn't engaging us we stopped shooting and he just died from fall damage, while trying to get ramkilled by the car. That's not cophunting in any way.
Cophunting is done differently, when CRIMINALS CHASE COPS SHOOTING at them even if COPS AREN'T FIRING BACK, then it's COPHUNT, all i see it's dimitar chasing us and tricking us into shooting him with ambiguos movements.

Also you can see from the first second of the video how Smixy and Dimitar are planning to start some shit against dragon, discussing if it's better to go off duty and claim revenge or hunt them as cops. (read chat)

Welp He was clearly moving next to you both without engaging he just stopped to see you both He did not shooted he was just there watching you go But still you shooted him. And also You already have history of rule breaks total of 8 Infraction points Also what type of warning And why are you appealing after total of 16 days?
